Smoothie Jungle restaurant was opened, in 1998, by a Brazilian who combined the ideas of smoothies and delicious, healthy eating.  Flavorful fresh fruits and food prepared daily, with no preservatives, are common throughout Brazil and are a trademark of Smoothie Jungle.  In Brazil, suco (juice) means fruit pulp blended with ice before serving, and vitamina means "smoothie with milk." Included in Smoothie Jungle's menu, you will find Brazilian fruit favorites such as Acai and Amazon Cherry and Smoothie Jungle's own "Brazilian Chicken Salad."
