Bee Pollen - Pollen is found in seed plants and is collected on each hind tibia of the bee. Bee Pollen is a 100% nutritionally balanced food because it contains enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, hormones and other substances required for healing and rejuvenation of bodily functions - every nutrient essential for good health, including 5-7 times more protein than beef. Bee Pollen is very rich in B-complex and amino acids as well as enzymes used in digestion helping control weight by stabilizing the chemical balance in body metabolism. Other uses are for anti-aging, allergies, indigestion, prostate diseases, sore throat, acne, sexual problems, and fatigue.

Ginseng - Ginseng root is used as a stimulant, general tonic and sometimes as an aphrodisiac. Some of the therapeutic uses include treatment of impotence, infertility, uterine disorders, other sexual complaints, senility, hypoglycemia, exhaustion, stomach disorders, headache, fever and cough. Also used as a stress-reliever.
Honey - Honey contains as many as 80 substances necessary for life including 7 B vitamins, enzymes, and amino acids.
Lecithin - Lecithin is a rich source of choline derived from soybeans. Lecithin is a natural bile component, important in the metabolism of fat in the liver, which also helps dissolve gallstones. As a food additive, especially in cheese, margarine and sweets, lecithin performs as an emulsifier and antioxidant.
Protein - Protein is a nitrogenous compound found in plants and animals that, when hydrolyzed, converts to amino acids required for the development and repair of body tissues and the source of heat and energy. It is a vital nutrient for the skin, hair, teeth, and general good health. Most foods are not complete proteins. Adding protein powder to your diet can complete your needed daily protein requirement.

Spirulina - Spirulina is a blue-green algae containing huge amounts of iron, calcium, beta-carotene and easily digestible protein. It is also a rich source of many B vitamins and minerals. Spirulina contains 9 of the essential amino acids plus 10 or 11 nonessential amino acids as well as the essential fatty acid GLA.
St. John's Wort - St. John’s wort extracts may exert their antidepressant actions by inhibiting the reuptake of the neurotransmitters serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. This action is possibly due to the constituent hyperforin. St. John’s wort is able to act as an antidepressant, by making more of these neurotransmitters available to the brain.
Valerian - Use of valerian for insomnia and nervous conditions has been common for many centuries. Valerian root contains many different constituents, including volatile oils that appear to contribute to the sedating properties of the herb. Central nervous system sedation is regulated by receptors in the brain known as GABA-A receptors. Valerian may weakly bind to these receptors to exert a sedating action. This might explain why valerian may help some people deal with stress more effectively. Valerian is an effective treatment for people with mild to moderately severe insomnia. Generally, valerian makes sleep more restful as well as making the transition to sleep easier, but does not tend to increase total time slept.
Vitamin A - Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin with four major functions in the body: (1) It helps cells reproduce normally—a process called differentiation. Cells that have not properly differentiated are more likely to undergo pre-cancerous changes. (2) It is required for vision; vitamin A maintains healthy cells in various structures of the eye and is required for the transduction of light into nerve signals in the retina. (3) It is required for normal growth and development of the embryo and fetus, influencing genes that determine the sequential development of organs in embryonic development. (4) It may be required for normal reproductive function, with influences on the function and development of sperm, ovaries and placenta. People with hypothyroidism have an impaired ability to convert beta-carotene to vitamin A.
Vitamin B-complex - The vitamin B-complex refers to all of the known essential water-soluble vitamins except for vitamin C. These include thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin, folic acid and the cobalamins (vitamin B12).
Vitamin C - Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin which claims to boost the immune system and help provide resistance to colds and infections. It is needed to maintain healthy bones, teeth, and gums.
Vitamin E - Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cell membranes and other fat-soluble parts of the body, such as LDL cholesterol (the “bad” cholesterol), from damage. Only when LDL is damaged does cholesterol appear to lead to heart disease, and vitamin E is an important antioxidant protector of LDL. Vitamin E is now known to act through other mechanisms, including direct effects on inflammation, blood cell regulation, connective tissue growth, and a role in the body's ability to process glucose.
Wheat Germ - Wheat Germ is the embryo of the wheat kernel, separated during the milling process, and is a great source of vitamin E and a rich source of vitamin B-complex and trace minerals. It increases vitality and energy.
